Stronger Than Ever
Living Proof That MS Does Not Define Limits
Today, I had the honor of arriving at the F45 World Corporate Headquarters in Austin, Texas. What followed was more than just a workout. It was a moment that represented years of discipline, setbacks, belief, and persistence.
I was selected from thousands of applicants across the country to represent the national and global F45 "Stronger Than Ever" Over 55 campaign. This campaign highlights individuals who continue to push forward regardless of age, diagnosis, or circumstance. Being chosen while living with Multiple Sclerosis is something I will never take lightly.

Chosen From Thousands
Not for Perfection, but for Persistence
This recognition is not about being the strongest or fastest person in the room. It is about showing what consistency and mindset can achieve, even when living with MS.
During the campaign, ten of us from around the world trained together, were filmed by an internationally recognized photographer from Australia, and shared our stories on how F45 has changed our lives. Each story is different, but the message is the same. Progress is possible.
Training With Purpose
Strength Is More Than Physical
I participated in a strength class alongside the F45 corporate team and campaign participants. Every workout reminded me why movement matters, especially when living with a chronic condition.
Staying active is not easy. Some days are hard. Some days feel impossible. There are setbacks. There are moments of doubt. But maintaining a healthy body and a healthy mind has made a tremendous difference in my life.
I am living proof that movement matters.
Believe Even on the Hard Days
This experience is about more than fitness. It is about belief.
If you are living with MS, or any illness or condition that makes you question what is possible, I want you to know this. You can still dream. You can still improve. You can still show up for yourself.
I did not say it was easy.
I did not say there would not be setbacks.
But somehow, some way, we find a way forward.
Why This Matters to the MS Community
Representation matters. Stories matter. Seeing someone who looks like you, struggles like you, and still moves forward can change everything.
My hope is that this campaign reaches people who feel stuck, discouraged, or invisible. If it helps even one person believe they can take another step forward, then every early morning, every sore muscle, and every challenge was worth it.
Stronger Than Ever Starts With One Decision
Progress starts with believing in yourself, even when your body tries to tell you otherwise.
MS does not define who we are.
Our choices do.
